For orders that are sent outside of Bali, import taxes, customs fees and charges can be levied by the destination country. Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and are charged to the recipient. These depend on the import regulations of the recipient country. Additional charges for custom clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient, we don't have control over these charges, nor can we predict the amount. For more information please contact your local customs office.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in case of return/refund.
Please note, we can only refund collars, that have production failures or damages caused by poor quality. Even though we check all of our collars before sending them out, we are still humans.
Collars that have been used and show signs of natural wearout can not be refunded. Even though we try to create lasting collars, they are undergoing constant wear off while being used.
For now you can either pay cash or via bank transfer. Please reach out to us to find the perfect solution.
