Kali Dogwear Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The giveaway is open to participants worldwide. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Kali Dogwear, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

  2. How to Enter
    To enter the giveaway, participants must:

    • Follow Kali Dogwear on Instagram.
    • Like the giveaway reel.
    • Tag a friend in the reel.
    • Repost the giveaway reel on their Instagram story or feed for extra entries/chances.
      No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  3. Prize
    Three (3) winners will each receive a custom "metal band" lookalike t-shirt featuring their dog’s face. The winners will need to provide 4-5 high-quality photos of their dog's face for the design. Kali Dogwear will create the design and produce the t-shirt within approximately four (4) weeks of receiving the photos.

  4. Winner Selection & Notification
    The three winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winners will be announced via the Kali Dogwear Instagram account within seven (7) days after the giveaway ends. The winners will be notified via direct message and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the given time frame will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected.

  5. Entry Period
    The giveaway begins on 8.10.2024 and ends on 27.10.2024, 11:59 PM [GMT+8].

  6. Photo Submission
    The winners must submit 4-5 high-quality photos of their dog's face within seven (7) days of being notified. The images must be clear, well-lit, and showcase the dog’s face from different angles.

  7. Production & Shipping
    The customized t-shirt will be designed and produced within approximately four (4) weeks from the date of photo submission. Once the t-shirt is ready, Kali Dogwear will send it via post to the winners, with shipping costs fully covered by Kali Dogwear. Delivery time may vary depending on the winner’s location.

  8. General Conditions

    • Kali Dogwear reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or engages in fraudulent activity.
    • Kali Dogwear is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may prevent entries from being submitted.
    • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kali Dogwear from any liability or claim arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
    • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  9. Privacy
    Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

  10. Modification of Terms
    Kali Dogwear reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
